ARDU anniversary

AviationPosted by Peter Smith Mon, October 29, 2018 18:15:34

The RAAF’s Aircraft Research & Development Unit is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a series of events. The other day it undertook a commemorative flight over NSW with a F-18, Pilatus PC-9 and a DC-3. The Pilatus is the same type of aircraft operated by the RAAF Roulettes who we saw at Warbirds Down Under. The DC-3 belongs to HARS and I caught it undergoing maintenance earlier this month.
