Love the second last pic Gary - fighters in the grass.
Yes it did and it was hard to believe in early January last year I was sitting in it. I did wonder if I would be retired before it was back in the air but I'd need not have worried as it's turned out. Although I do now get 'free' prescriptions now I'm 60, they only just made it. Looked and sounded good and I think there were a lot of happy faces seeing it back where it belongs.
Did AR501 fly whilst you were there? Nice to see it out of the hangar anyway.
Not just old any tractor me old 'mucker', it's a mark 6 and their as rare as rocking horse sh*t, well on Gary's 'snaps' anyway.
Lawn mower went 'tec' saturday afternoon
Don't think I've seen the yellow 'un before, looks very smart!
And the classic tractor is still there, good stuff!
They need to get the lawn mower out... :oD
Web sites continue to come and go, either literally or in their appeal, so this site remains an outlet for my hobby, featuring what I've seen or stories that interest me with occasional contributions from valued friends. ..........................................
